The Box

A scalable, curated Indian box, allowing for a completely immersive experience. Branded products are optional.
The Experience

The innovative and engaging training session is scheduled between 1.5-2.5 hours. A group of 20-30 individuals are invited to a staged event space for being transported to India through their senses. A certified facilitator leads the conversation, building cultural intelligence, speaking with an expert Indian to have conversations in a safe space that otherwise might be avoided.
The Purpose

The ROI will be measurable immediately, as this is a first-of-its-kind DEI training event around unconscious bias - a transformational experience. Some proceeds from the boxes will be donated to organizations supporting women-led businesses and shattering stereotypes.
